These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dsphubops.com (the “Site”), operated by DSP Hub Ops LLC (“DSP Hub Ops,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Please read them carefully, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our services

The Site provides information about the back-office and operations services DSP Hub Ops offers to last-mile delivery businesses, and lets you request pricing or apply for a position. Using the Site, submitting a form or receiving a proposal does not create a client relationship. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between DSP Hub Ops and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

3. No professional advice

Articles, guides, FAQs and other content on the Site are general information for delivery business owners and managers. They are not legal, tax, accounting, employment or other professional advice, and they may not reflect the rules that apply to your business or location. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any information on the Site.

4. Independent company

DSP Hub Ops is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon or any other company named on the Site. Company names and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the businesses and tools we work with.

5. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or unauthorized information, or impersonate any person or business;
• send spam, unsolicited advertising or automated submissions through our forms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems or any data;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission; or
• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

6. Information you submit

When you submit a form or contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. You agree that we may use it to respond to you and as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers or financial account details, through the Site.

If you opt in to receive text messages from DSP Hub Ops, our text messaging program is governed by our SMS Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service or employment. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms and Conditions, are the entire agreement between you and DSP Hub Ops regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms are posted means you accept them.
