Operations coordinator
Keeps a client's week on track: tracks tasks across services, prepares the weekly report and is the day-to-day contact.
Helpful background: Organized, clear in writing, comfortable with spreadsheets.
Recruiting coordinator
Posts jobs, screens applicants, schedules interviews and moves candidates through checks and onboarding.
Helpful background: High-volume recruiting or scheduling experience.
Payroll and bookkeeping specialist
Reviews timecards, prepares payroll, reconciles accounts and client invoices, and helps close the month.
Helpful background: Payroll, bookkeeping or invoice experience; ADP, Paycom or QuickBooks a plus.
Dispatch support specialist
Monitors routes, tracks inspections and hours of service and writes the end-of-day summary.
Helpful background: Dispatch, logistics or customer operations experience.
HR and compliance coordinator
Keeps employee files complete, tracks I-9s, policy sign-offs and expiring licenses, and handles separation paperwork and unemployment claim responses.

Scorecard and performance analyst
Tracks weekly scorecards, checks delivery defects and camera events against the evidence, prepares disputes for approval and drafts coaching notes.
