Getting started
What does DSP Hub Ops do?
We are a logistics operations company. We run back-office and operations work for last-mile delivery businesses. Our services are driver hiring and onboarding, payroll and bookkeeping, HR and compliance documentation, invoice review and reconciliation, dispatch and operations support, driver performance and scorecards, fleet and vehicle compliance, and unemployment claims.
Who do you work with?
Amazon Delivery Service Partners, last-mile and courier fleets, and regional carriers and logistics firms.
How do we get started?
Send a few details through the contact page. We set up a short call to understand your operation, then suggest where to start.
How long does setup take?
Most services can start within one to two weeks, depending on the access and records we need.
Can we start with one service?
Yes. Start with the service that takes the most of your week, and add more when you are ready.
How we work
Who makes the decisions?
You do. We prepare, coordinate and check the work. Hiring, pay, disputes and anything else that affects your business stays your call.
Do you replace our managers or dispatchers?
No. We support your team. Your people stay in charge of drivers, customers and decisions.
Which tools do you work in?
The tools you already use, such as your payroll provider, routing and telematics platforms, camera systems and accounting software.
Do you only work with Amazon delivery partners?
No. Amazon Delivery Service Partners are one of the groups we support. We also work with other last-mile, courier and regional delivery operations.
What hours do you work?
We agree coverage hours during setup, based on when your routes run and which services you use.
Who will we work with day to day?
A named contact on our team who knows your operation, backed by specialists for each service.
Pricing and reporting
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on the services you choose and the size of your operation. Tell us about your fleet and we will send you a quote.
Why don't you publish prices?
Every operation is different, so we quote after a short call. That way you only pay for the work you need.
What is in the weekly report?
The work done that week, anything we found, such as invoice discrepancies, and the items that need your decision.
Data and security
What access do you need?
Only the access each service needs. We use our own named logins rather than shared passwords wherever your systems allow it.
How do you protect our data?
Access is limited to the people working on your account. We use multi-factor authentication where systems support it, and we remove access when it is no longer needed.
Where is your team?
Our team is in the United States, and we work with delivery businesses across the country.
Still have a question?
Send it through the contact form and we’ll answer it on a short call.
