This policy explains what information DSP Hub Ops LLC (“DSP Hub Ops”, “we”, “us”) collects through dsphubops.com, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Work we do for clients is governed by the agreement we sign with each client.

- Job applications. Your name, email, phone number, city and state, the role you’re interested in, any link you share and a short note about your experience.
- Phone calls and email. The details you give us when you contact us directly.
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We don’t use that information to identify you.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and prepare a quote.
- To review job applications and contact applicants.
- To keep records of our conversations with prospective clients and applicants.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Services that help run this website
A few outside providers handle parts of this website for us. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Website hosting. These pages are hosted on GitHub Pages.
- Form delivery. Our contact and application forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit.
- Fonts. Text on this site uses fonts served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
How long we keep information
We keep pricing requests and applications for as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records, usually no longer than two years unless you become a client or employee. After that we delete them.
How we protect it
This website uses HTTPS, and access to the messages you send us is limited to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or bank details through our forms.
Your privacy choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you these rights and others, such as the right not to be treated differently for using them. We honor these requests wherever you are. We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Children
This website is meant for businesses and job seekers aged 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16.
