DSP Hub Ops LLC (“DSP Hub Ops,” “we,” “us” or “our”) provides back-office and operations support to last-mile delivery businesses. Please read it together with our Terms of Service and SMS Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site and through our business communications with prospective clients, clients, job applicants and other visitors.
When we provide services to a client, we may process information that the client gives us about its own employees, drivers, job candidates or vehicles, for example timecards or onboarding documents. We handle that information on the client’s behalf, as a service provider, under our written agreement with that client and the client’s instructions. If you are an employee or candidate of one of our clients, please contact that business directly with questions about how it uses your information.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide to us
We collect the information you choose to give us, including when you:
- Request pricing or contact us: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the number of routes you run per day, the services you are interested in and the contents of your message.
- Apply for a position: your name, email address, phone number, city and state, the role you are interested in, any profile or resume link you share and the information you include about your experience.
- Opt in to text messages: your mobile phone number and a record of your consent, including the date and time it was given, how it was given (online form or phone call) and the consent language you agreed to.
- Communicate with us: the content of emails, calls and text messages you exchange with us.

We confirm each opt-in with a text message. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service or employment.

All other sharing described in Section 5 excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers. We use trusted providers to run our business, including website hosting, form processing, email, telephone and text messaging services. They receive personal information only as needed to provide their services to us. Their handling of that information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
- Business transfers. If DSP Hub Ops is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
- With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose with your consent.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not use analytics tools, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Text on the Site is displayed with fonts provided by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load. Our forms are processed by a third-party form service, which receives the information you submit. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Inquiries and job applications are generally kept for up to two years unless a client or employment relationship begins, in which case we keep records for the period that relationship and our legal obligations require. Records of text message consent and opt-outs are kept for as long as needed to honor your choices and to demonstrate compliance.
8. Data security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. Access to personal information is limited to the people who need it, and we use multi-factor authentication where the systems we use support it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, bank account details or passwords, through our forms, by email or by text message.

- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We honor these requests wherever you live, subject to legal exceptions. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask the agent for proof of authorization. If we decline your request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.
