SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text messaging program operated by DSP Hub Ops LLC (“DSP Hub Ops,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Program description

DSP Hub Ops sends text messages to prospective clients, clients and job applicants who have opted in. Our messages are informational and service related. We use text messaging to respond to inquiries, schedule calls and meetings, send clients service notifications about the work they have engaged us to perform, and communicate with applicants about their applications.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

2. How you opt in

We send text messages only to people who have given consent. You can opt in by either of these methods:

• Online. Check the text message consent box on our contact form or job application form and submit the form with your mobile number. The consent box is never pre-checked, and you can submit our forms without opting in.
• By phone. During a call with our team, a team member reads you the consent statement below and you tell us that you agree.

After you opt in either way, we send one text message confirming your opt-in before any other message:

DSP Hub Ops: You are now subscribed to text messages about your inquiry, scheduling, our services or your job application. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service or employment. We keep a record of each consent, including the mobile number, the date and time, how consent was given (the form used, or the phone call and the team member who took it) and the language you agreed to.

3. Messages you may receive

Depending on how you opted in, messages may include:

• replies to your inquiry or pricing request;
• scheduling, confirmations and reminders for calls and meetings;
• service updates for clients, such as notices that a report is ready or that an item needs your approval; and
• for job applicants, updates on your application, interview scheduling and reminders, and onboarding steps.

Example messages:

DSP Hub Ops: Thanks for your request. Your call with our team is confirmed for Tue at 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

DSP Hub Ops: Your interview is scheduled for Thu at 2:00 PM. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Our messages will never ask you to send passwords, Social Security numbers, bank details or payment information by text, and we will never ask you for money by text. Links in our messages point only to dsphubops.com or to the official sites of the tools we use to schedule calls and collect documents. 4. Message frequency and rates

• Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, the services you use or the stage of your application.
• Message and data rates may apply. These charges are set by your mobile carrier and plan and are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT or OPT OUT, and we will honor any other reasonable request to stop. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

You can also opt out by calling us at 1-866-744-6870 or emailing dsphubops@dsphubsolutions.net. To start receiving messages again, reply START, or opt in again through one of our forms or by phone with our team.

Opting out of text messages does not end any client or employment relationship. We will continue to contact you by phone or email where appropriate.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that operate our text messaging program on our behalf, solely to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive.

Standard text messages are not encrypted. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in your replies. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information in full.

8. Eligibility

By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the account holder of the mobile number you provided, or are authorized by the account holder to receive text messages at that number. If you change or give up your mobile number, please opt out first or let us know so we can update our records.

9. Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Our text messages are available on most major U.S. carriers.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms or end the text messaging program at any time. When we update these SMS Terms, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued participation in the program after an update means you accept the updated SMS Terms. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
